“Tell me that facts and I’ll learn. Tell me the truth and I’ll believe. But tell me a story and it will live in my heart forever.” – Native American Proverb

Step 9 on the Stewardship Well Done Journey is all about LEGACY. Defining your legacy can seem daunting, and human nature helps us procrastinate when it comes to such topics. But legacy is actually quite simple … it is your story.

There is power in storytelling. We have all sat through speeches and been largely unmoved … until a story captivates our hearts and makes the topic come alive. Before the written word, storytelling was the only way to pass along family and cultural history. When was the last time you shared your story?

We invite you to grab a few friends or family members and begin to tell your stories. The discipleship guide for Step 9 is a great resource to help you start the discussion.

Contact us today to talk about Step 9 – LEGACY, or any other step on the Stewardship Well Done Journey. We would be delighted to hear your story!
